Sample Dome Replacement Parts & Accessories

SLEEK. DURABLE. FOOD-SAFE.
Keeping Food Items Protected in Every Environment.

Every Sample Dome component is sold on its own, so a cracked lid or a lost stopper never retires a working display. Parts are sized by display, 12-inch or 16-inch, so start with the size you run. Accessories such as ice packs, bases, poles, sign holders and napkin holders adapt a display to where it stands.

People Also Ask:

Q: Which parts fit my 12-inch Sample Dome?

A: The 12-inch dome (S126), clear tray (S125) and black bowl (S124) fit all three 12-inch models: the S12C countertop/freestand, the S12F floor stand and the S12D deluxe floor stand. You order by display size, not by model.

Q: Which parts fit my 16-inch Sample Dome?

A: The 16-inch dome (S165), clear tray (S164) and black bowl (S163). The 12-inch and 16-inch parts are different sizes and are not interchangeable, so match the part to the display you run.

Q: Which accessories are for countertop units and which are for floor stands?

A: For 12-inch countertop units: the round plastic base (SA5) and the 7-inch metal pole (SA12). For floor stands: the round metal base and pole (SA11). The sign holder (SA4) and the napkin holder for 12-inch units (SA13) add signage and napkin service to a display.

Q: Does the rubber stopper fit both bowl sizes?

A: Yes. The rubber stopper (SA3) fits both the 12-inch black bowl (S124) and the 16-inch black bowl (S163). It closes the hole in the bottom of the bowl, and a display should not run without it.

Q: What size is the reusable ice pack?

A: The reusable ice pack (SA9) measures 7 inches. It sits in the black bowl under the clear tray to keep samples cool through service.

Q: How does a replacement dome attach?

A: It snaps onto the hinge pegs on the black bowl. Line the pegs up with the holes in the hinge and press gently. No tools, no adhesive and no glued parts.

Q: Which part should I keep as a spare?

A: The dome. It is the one part every customer lifts, so it is the part that cracks or scratches, and a display without a lid cannot keep sampling. One spare dome per display size turns a broken lid into a two-minute swap.
