Shipping & Handling

We select the more cost effective manner, to ensure your product arrives to your business door safely, intact and on time for your request. While we do our best to ship all products under one invoice, instances beyond our control can sometimes see items backordered which could lead to products being sent as additional shipments. Orders can be held and shipped complete if specified at the time of ordering in the notes section. Shipping is added at the time of each invoice, for all shipments leaving to your business/household. If you require special handling on your shipment (i.e. Rush Service, Specific Delivery Times, Special Handling, etc.), please ensure to call 1-800-387-1098 to ensure we meet your requirement. Additional charges will apply, which can be confirmed before shipping.

 
Returns

Products
can be returned only if Food Supplies is notified within 2 working days from delivery date. The product must be in complete, unused and re-saleable condition.
     
Special Orders
Products can be returned within 2 working days from delivery date, only in full case lots.
Product that has been designated as a non-stocked item. It can only be ordered in case packs.
     
Custom Orders
Custom orderscannot be returned.  The only exception is a defective product.
Product that is made specifically for a customer according to non-standard designs, colors, formulation or measurements.

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charges.
