Batter

Select from our Adhesion or Cohesion Batters. An Adhesion batter is considered to be the ‘glue’ in a coating system, binding the overlying layers of coating to the food product. Cohesion batters form an envelope around food products, ‘cementing’ the other coating system components in place.
