Instructions

Instructions

The clear dome (A) attaches to the ice bowl (D). Line-up the pegs on the ice bowl with the holes on the hinge of the clear dome. Push gently until the pegs snap through the holes.

Place the ice pack (C) in the bottom of the ice bowl (D). Then place the insert tray (B) on top.

The napkin holder (E) has a hole that slides over the top of the pole (F).

The bottom of the ice bowl (D) features a plastic coupling connector piece. The adjustable pole (F) simply friction fits into this coupling piece. Push gently until a snug fit is achieved.

The bottom of the pole (F) threads into the hole on the base (G). Twist for a tight & secure fit.

The rubber plug (I) inserts into the hole in the bottom of the ice bowl (D).

The sign holder (J) has an adhesive bottom. Remove the white film to reveal the adhesive on the bottom of the sign holder, and then press to adhere it to extended handle section of the clear dome (A).

People Also Ask:

Q: What does the Deluxe add over the standard 12-inch floor stand?

A: A detachable napkin holder and a waste basket, both carried on the stand itself. The display is unchanged: same 12-inch area, same adjustable height to roughly 38 inches, same food-safe ABS and acrylic, same single ice pack. So the decision is not about the food. It is about whether the stand handles serviettes and waste, or whether something beside it does.

Q: Is it worth the difference for a wholesale buyer?

A: It pays for itself wherever the unit stands away from a counter. In an aisle, a lobby or a trade booth there is nowhere to put serviettes and nowhere for a customer to drop a used cup. Without both, a self-serve display makes litter, and staff spend the shift tidying rather than selling. Beside an existing service counter the standard floor stand does the same job for less. Buy the Deluxe for the locations that need it, not for the whole fleet.

Q: How tall does it stand?

A: To roughly 38 inches from the floor, with the pole adjustable below that. That puts the display at adult hand height, which is where self-serve sampling works. Set the height before the shift, because adjusting a loaded dome means unloading it first.

Q: How long does the ice pack hold?

A: Up to six hours frozen, and the 12-inch Deluxe includes one pack. That is the pack's specification, not a food holding time. Product, ambient temperature and how often the dome is opened all shorten it. Plan against six hours as a maximum and set discard times to your local food safety requirements. The 16-inch Deluxe is the model that ships with two packs, which is the more useful difference on a full sampling day.

Q: Does the waste basket detach for cleaning?

A: Yes. Both the napkin holder and the waste basket are detachable. That is what makes them practical rather than decorative. A fixed waste container on a food display is a hygiene problem, because it cannot be taken away and washed properly. Empty and wash them on the same schedule as the tray and bowl, not less often.

Q: Does assembly need tools?

A: No. The dome snaps onto the ice bowl, the pole friction fits into the bowl, and the pole threads into the base. The napkin holder slides over the top of the pole. One person can assemble or dismantle the whole unit, which matters because floor stands get moved.

Q: What is it made of and how is it cleaned?

A: A clear acrylic dome on a food-safe ABS ice bowl, carried on a metal pole and base. Wipe and sanitise the dome, tray and bowl between product changes. The surfaces are smooth with no fabric and no trapped seams. Nothing in the source material states that any part is dishwasher safe. Wash by hand.

Q: Which parts can I reorder separately?

A: The 12-inch dome, clear tray and black ice bowl, plus poles, bases, napkin holders, sign holders, rubber stoppers and spare ice packs. Domes wear fastest because customers handle them. The current 12-inch dome snaps onto redesigned hinges with no glued joints, so replacing it is a counter-top job. Treat domes and trays as consumables when you plan stock.

Q: Can I brand the unit?

A: Yes. An adhesive sign holder is included and fits the raised handle section of the dome. That puts the card above the product, at the point the customer is already looking, instead of flat on the floor stand where nobody reads it. Keep the message to a few words. A sampling sign has about two seconds to work.

Q: Where does a Deluxe unit earn its place?

A: Grocery aisles, bakery floors, hotel lobbies, catering setups, buffets and trade shows. The pattern is self-serve sampling with no counter to lean on. In those spots the napkin holder and waste basket are not extras, they are what makes it possible to put the display there at all. If the display always sits on a counter, take the countertop unit and put the difference into stock.
